Black Friday is just around the corner (Nov. 29), but many retailers are kicking off their sales early. Amazon’s “Black Friday Week” sale is officially live, offering a range of impressive discounts across various categories; all available now. On top of that, the PlayStation Black Friday sale has also launched, bringing even more games and deals into the mix.
Here’s everything you need to know about one of the year’s biggest shopping events at Amazon, along with our top picks from the deals available right now.
TL;DR – Best Amazon Black Friday Deals
Apple AirPods Pro for $159.99
Apple’s top-rated earbuds have been discounted by over 35% for Black Friday. Both Amazon and Best Buy have dropped the price of the Apple AirPods Pro to $159.99—the lowest price this year. It’s unlikely to go any lower for Black Friday.
This deal makes the AirPods Pro even more affordable than the AirPods 4 with noise cancellation. Despite the lower price, the AirPods Pro deliver superior sound quality and noise cancellation. For most people, they remain the better overall choice.
Black Friday Video Game Deals at Amazon
There are some absolutely incredible video game deals to check out at Amazon this year, so much so that we can hardly find the space to talk about it all, it’s that good this year. For starters, you’ve got the PS5 bundles, alongside more PlayStation deals on PSVR 2, DualSense Controllers, and video games.
Our favorite deal in the sale right now is split between Elden Ring for $20, the PS5 NBA 2K Bundle for $374, and $250 off the PlayStation VR 2 bundle.

You also get a free audiobook of your choice each month that you get to keep indefinitely. This is one of our favorite deals of the whole Black Friday sale, and well worth picking up.
Apple iPad 10.9″ 10th Gen for $249.99
Amazon has just dropped prices across the board on various Apple iPad models for Black Friday, but the current best deal is on the newest Apple iPad. Right now, the 10th gen Apple iPad is down to $249.99 after clipping the extra $29.01 voucher.
This is the best price we’ve seen ever since it was launched back in 2022. Currently, it’s priced at $80 more than the older 9th gen Apple iPad (released way back in 2020) and the upgrades are well worth the price.
Black Friday SSD, SD Card, and More Storage Deals
Is Call of Duty taking up all your interal SSD storage? We’ve got a solution for you. Black Friday deals on SSDs and other storage solutions. Our favorite deal in the sale is 100% the Xbox 1TB Expansion Card, which has dropped to its lowest price ever at $99.99 at Amazon, but there’s a few other top offers to check out right now as well, including perfect SD cards for Steam Deck or Switch.
Amazon Device Black Friday Deals
Amazon is showcasing incredible discounts on its devices for Black Friday. One of the big standout offers is the Fire TV Stick 4K, now at its lowest-ever price of $21.99 (according to camelcamelcamel), beating its previous best of $25 during Prime Day earlier this year.
For those looking for an upgrade, the Fire TV Stick 4K Max is also at a record-low price of $32.99. Both are excellent deals, but we recommend acting fast before stock runs out. Reminder: If you’ve got an Xbox Game Pass subscription, you can now use a Fire TV Stick to stream Xbox games at no extra cost.
There’s also deals on the new Kindle Paperwhite (finally!), down to $129.99, Echo Dot smart speakers for just $22.99, new Fire HD 8 tablet for $54.99, and more. This subscription normally costs $10.99 per month for non-Prime members and $9.99 per month for Prime members.
77″ 4K OLED TVs for Only $1599.99
OLED TVs still command a premium price, but they’ve still come down enormously over the years. For Black Friday, you can pick up one of two 2024 77″ OLED TVs for only $1599.99. That’s an excellent deal considering the fact that this is the price for a 65″ OLED TV on any given day.
Both TVs are 2024 models and have true OLED panels, meaning they offer near infinite black levels and near instantaneous response time. They are both equipped with a native 120Hz panel and HDMI 2.1 ports, so you can play games on the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X unencumbered.

Sonos speakers are very easy to set up, don’t take a large amount of space, and most importantly, offer distortion-free room-filling audio. They’re not cheap, so it’s a wise investment to jump on a deal when you see one.
Sonos’ Black Friday sale is better than than the few other sales sprinkled throughout the year for two main reasons: (1) the discounts are bigger, with some prices at historical lows and (2) nearly their entire lineup of speakers, soundbars, and headphones are on sale instead of just a small selection.

With Black Friday getting closer, it’s a good time to start planning your shopping in earnest. Here are a few Black Friday tips that you should be considering ahead of the event:
- Set a Budget – Keeping track of how much money you can actually spend is important to avoid overspending. When everything is on sale, it can be easy to buy more than you really should just because things are at their lowest price of the year.
- Create a Shopping List – Knowing exactly what you’re trying to find discounts on is a great way to avoid making unnecessary purchases. It can also make it easier for you to compare prices between retailers or set price drop alerts ahead of time.
- Compare Prices – Although Amazon tends to automatically price match most things, it’s still good to compare prices to other retailers before you buy. You can also use the website CamelCamelCamel to compare current prices against Amazon’s historical pricing.
- Find Unbiased Reviews – Amazon reviews have gotten somewhat better in recent years, but you should still do research outside of the site before making a decision. Seek out unbiased reviews on expensive purchases before you buy. IGN’s Tech reviews, for example, are a great place to look.
- Be Wary of Sponsored Products – Search results in Amazon include sponsored sales that may not be what you’re looking for. Look for the little ‘sponsored’ tag before you click. You may want to scroll past those.
- Make Sure to Clip Coupons – One of the easiest ways to save money on Amazon that many folks seem to miss is the clipping of coupons. There are a ton of coupons available for Prime Members, and all you need to do is check a box on the product page for additional savings.
